Craft3 has a new look, a new website, and redesigned resources for customers, partners, and investors!

We’re Craft3. We offer responsible financing to people and communities who struggle to qualify for traditional financing. We amplify excluded voices and build partnerships.
As always, we’re focused on expanding access to opportunities and creating a thriving, just, and empowered Pacific Northwest.
Our new look
We have a new logo and visual identity. We’ve aimed for modern, clear, and a little bit fun. We’re showcasing our customers and partners with compelling photos. And we’re using design elements to organize information and make our content clearer for our audiences.
This is not just about appearances. We know that good design and a strong visual identity will help us realize our long-term goals.
Our new website
We’ve built a new website to better serve our customers, our partners, and our investors.
It includes new pages that make it easier for our communities to find the information they need about how we can serve them — whether they’re a business, a homeowner, a partner, or an investor.
We’ve added Tools pages for Business owners, Contractors, Investors and Bankers, where you can find downloadable resources. We’ve always been more than just a financial institution and you’ll see us sharing more resources to empower and support you.
We’ve created Get Involved pages with an overview of the many ways individuals, banks, corporations, foundations, state agencies and more can work with and support Craft3.
Coming soon…
Over the coming months, you’ll see more resources to help our customers, stakeholders, and communities learn about our impact and engage with us.
We’ll also launch new online applications for our borrowers that offer a better user experience, speed up our review time, and are mobile-friendly.
Later in the year, we’ll roll out a refreshed customer portal that allows customers to update their account information, check their balance, and more.
So, consider this the start – not the end – of getting to know the new Craft3.
Why the change?
Successful organizations must evolve and Craft3 is no exception. We realized that we needed new digital and visual capabilities to help us:

- connect unlikely partners
- tell the stories of the people and businesses we serve
- and support the homeowners, entrepreneurs, and investors that we work with
Why now?
When we look around our region we see some major challenges and tremendous opportunity. We will soon release a new Strategic Plan for 2023-2027 that will outline our 5-year focus and our much longer-term vision for a thriving, just and empowered Pacific Northwest.
Our new website, new look, and new resources are part of the foundation for that ambitious plan.
